Teen Martial Arts classes are available Monday through Thursday from 3:30–9 PM, Friday from 4–8:30 PM, and are not held on Saturdays or Sundays. We confirm the current Teen Martial Arts schedule in Southlake when you request your free class pass or call 817-442-8444. Our classes are held in person at Southlake ATA Martial Arts, located at 2125 W. Southlake Blvd 375 in Southlake.
Teens do not need experience before starting Teen Martial Arts in Southlake. Our program gives students a place to begin at their own level while building fitness, skill, focus, and confidence.
Your teen should wear comfortable clothes they can do sports in and bring a water bottle to their first Teen Martial Arts class in Southlake. The first class helps new students learn the class flow, move safely, and try Taekwondo in a supportive setting.
