I started martial arts as a family activity with my parents over 30 years ago. Little did I know the impact it would have on my life and that it would inspire a lifetime devoted to changing lives. My family continues this tradition of training together and working to better our community.

About 80% of all our decisions are based on our emotions. This is why at Southlake ATA Martial Arts we believe it is so important to teach our students much more than the physical aspects of martial arts. We focus on the state of mind and body. This helps our students learn at an accelerated rate on the mats, in school, and in their careers.
