Hey there, we’re the Reeds, The proud owners of Southlake ATA Martial Arts, where we help the parents of Southlake to raise hard working, goal setting, goal crushing, respectful & disciplined kids through the teachings of Songahm Taekwondo.

With over 20 years collectively of martial arts training stemming from traditional Korean Taekwondo, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, & others styles, we strive to provide an atmosphere where ALL ages, genders, skill levels, & abilities have a place they can ultimately achieve goals they otherwise thought impossible. Through the guidance of our highly trained and talented staff, our mission to provide a safe and friendly environment where we can improve fitness, reduce stress & anxiety, and overall better daily confidence for our community, one future Black Belt at a time.
